Hi Everyone,
Gretchen, Chris and I were at the last meeting here are the following notes to the meeting. There is a concern that we are not cohesive as a group. The film series may be in jeperdy if we cannot function as a unit.
Ideas for building cohesion:
1. Regular scheduled meeting times.
2. See about getting a group email address.
3. Creating C.W.A.C. bylaws
4. Making business cards for C.W.A.C. (Esmeralda will check at Jerrols for card prices.)
Goals for the group:
1. Meeting with other advocacy groups in the communities CWDR covers.
2. Develop creative hands-on advocacy events in the community.
3. Recuit new members.
For everyone else be thinking about these topics.
